Wilcherry Hill - Exploration

IFE-GIS-143_Rev1_ExplorationArea_V2

The exploration at Wilcherry Hill for magnetite/hematite deposits remains a top priority for IronClad Mining with several targets already identified. IronClad's tenement package has the target potential of 600 to 700Mt of magnetite. Current drilling data suggests most magnetic anomalies have the potential to yield significant tonnages of magnetite ore. Further to this, the discovery of prospects such as Zealous - which exhibits a very low magnetic signature, but contains surface grab samples in excess of 60% Fe – indicates that supergene enriched zones of hematite not identifiable with magnetic. These potential deposits add significantly to the iron ore potential of Wilcherry Hill.

Detailed ground mapping is underway to identify additional “Zealous-type” sub crop targets, in conjunction with more detailed gravity and ground magnetics surveys. It is anticipated that significant detailed gravity surveying will occur over large areas of the tenement principally to identify additional “Zealous-type” targets, as these targets are viewed as most likely to add significant direct shipping ore (DSO) grade magnetite and/or hematite resources.

With a tenement package covering some 976 square kilometers IronClad Mining anticipates significant iron ore discoveries in the future through detailed and well executed exploration programmes.
